Abstract

In Indonesia, especially in the employment sector, a qualified workforce is needed so that companies can remain competitive and experience rapid growth. The demand for qualified labor continues to increase every year, which makes competition among job seekers increasingly fierce. In addition, many new graduates face difficulties in finding a job due to lack of access to information. Therefore, there are several factors that can facilitate job seekers in the application and job search process, such as recruitment sources, company branding, and a fast and efficient selection process. These factors help recruiters in finding candidates that match the needs of the company and the position required.
